Notice - Town of Wallingford Residents - Revaluation Project 2024

The Appraisal Firm of Vision Government Solutions Inc. has been hired by the Town of Wallingford to assist the Assessor’s Office in conducting a town-wide Revaluation as mandated by Connecticut State Law. The purpose of the revaluation is to establish market value for all residential, commercial, and industrial real estate as of October 1, 2024. (Section 7 of Public Act 22-74 has changed Wallingford’s scheduled Revaluation date from October 1, 2025 to October 1, 2024)
